Here is an easy guaranteed to make your guests adore you recipe. I am speaking from experience! So to all you new cooks out there dare to make this and you will be pleasantly surprised!!!!
Turkey Chili
2 TS olive oil
1 lb ground turkey ( up to you lean or not so lean) prefer 93% lean
1 can ( 15-19 oz)cannelini or northern beans
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
1 onion diced
1 ts(teaspoon) salt
1 TS ( tablespoon)cumin
4 ts ground chili powder
low/fat free yogurt
In a 12 inch skillet add the olive oil turkey and salt heat to medium high and cook until brown 6-8 min. Add onions cook for 4 min. Add cumin and chili powder and cook for a minute. Add cannelini and tomatoes, bring to simmer and cook uncovered for 10 -20 minutes. VOILA!!!!!! The dinner is served
Serve the chili with a dollop of yogurt
