Guaranteed winner meal

Here is an easy guaranteed to make your guests adore you recipe. I am speaking from experience! So to all you new cooks out there dare to make this and you will be pleasantly surprised!!!!

Turkey Chili

2 TS olive oil

1 lb ground turkey ( up to you lean or not so lean) prefer 93% lean

1 can ( 15-19 oz)cannelini or northern beans

1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes

1 onion diced

1 ts(teaspoon) salt

1 TS ( tablespoon)cumin

4 ts ground chili powder

low/fat free yogurt

In a 12 inch skillet add the olive oil turkey and salt heat to medium high and cook until brown 6-8 min. Add onions cook for 4 min. Add cumin and chili powder and cook for a minute. Add cannelini and tomatoes, bring to simmer and cook uncovered for 10 -20 minutes. VOILA!!!!!! The dinner is served

Serve the chili with a dollop of yogurt

Should you trust the FDA with your life?

Its apparent that the FDA has done little to protect the well being of our citizens. What does Food and Drug Administration mean here? Clearly, the food is not controlled by this administration although it is listed in its name. Drugs are not controlled by them either. They are controlled by the drug companies who manipulate their research data and give hush money to the overseeing FDA agents. And now the FDA is trying to get full control over nutritional supplements claiming they could be potentially dangerous to the public. Ha!!As if the many drugs allowed to be marketed to the public were not dangerous or deadly.............................Taking nutritional supplements off the market will accomplish 2 things: Make the drug companies and the FDA a little richer and make you a little sicker( understatement). Now, do you trust the FDA with the other agencies to control the current salmonella outbreak???? Isn't it time for the FDA to check out?
